圭多·卡拉布雷西是美籍意大利法学家，法经济学创始人之一，瑞典皇家科学院院士。27岁即任耶鲁法学院教授，后担任耶鲁法学院院长，1994年被克林顿总统任命为美国联邦第二巡回上诉法院法官。卡拉布雷西毕业于耶鲁及牛津大学，并拥有全球四十多所大学的荣誉学位。其学术成果《事故的成本》与《财产规则、责任规则及不可转让性》不仅奠定了法经济学的基础，亦位居美国法学界引注率最高的著作及论文之列。为表彰其学术贡献，耶鲁法学院于2006年设立圭多·卡拉布雷西教授席位。 胡小倩，意大利都灵大学法学博士，美国哈佛大学法学硕士。华东政法大学国际金融法律学院教师。
